Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Female Customer Service & Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, support sales processes, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Support sales activities and convert leads into customers
Maintain accurate customer records and updates
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Manage inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Work with internal systems and tools for daily operations
Candidate Requirements

Education:

GCE A/L or Undergraduate and above
Experience:

Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
Core Skills:

Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
Sales mindset with problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge and online system usage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
