ITX Digital Services (PVT) LTD is looking for motivated and energetic Female & Male Call Centre Executives (Outbound) to join our growing team.

Position: Call Centre Executive – Outbound
Location: Hokandara South, Sri Lanka
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: LKR 50,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound customer calls professionally.
• Generate and convert sales leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (English preferred).
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
