Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable applicants.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
* Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
* Assist with attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
* Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
* Support HR projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree, Diploma, or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
